As a Business Continuity Specialist Senior within PNC’s Business Resiliency organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA.Responsibilities include:
- Executes the governance and oversight for the Business Resiliency program, identifying risks and opportunities for enhancement where applicable
- Supports execution of the Business Resiliency program to meet business and regulatory expectations
- Leads the evaluation, update, review, and approval of policies and procedures supporting the Business Resiliency/Continuity program, which includes Technology Resilience, Operational Resilience, and Enterprise Event Management
- Leads the review, design, and development of resiliency controls for specific business and technology risk management program components
- Provides Resiliency/Continuity risk expertise while working with the Lines of Businesses and other risk partners (e.g., Enterprise Risk Management, Compliance, Audit)
Job Description
- Oversees the governance of business resiliency/continuity and disaster recovery plans; oversees testing, exercises, and recovery. Provides insight on the selection of operating strategies for the continuation of the business within a maximum tolerable downtime.
- Provides oversight for the execution, communication, and maintenance of business continuity lifecycle planning and business impact analysis. Identifies and quantifies the potential impact of various disruptions and disaster scenarios.
- Participates in the preparation of reporting for the LOB committee/executive on the compliance of business continuity processes, readiness, events and exercise results. May partner with audit and government regulators on business continuity issues.
- Leads the development and enhancement of information on resiliency/continuity policies, procedures, processes, standards and initiatives. Provides support for the development and delivery of training on business resiliency/continuity.

Certifications are often desired.
