As part of our firm, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate records and providing essential interpretation services for our Spanish-speaking clients. - Gather missing client records by using a third-party system, provider portals, phone calls, and other similar means
- Ensure the records are correct and readable then add them to our case management system
- Provide Interpretation for Spanish-speaking clients during meetings with their legal team to ensure we provide great service
Qualifications:
- Strong aptitude using computer apps
- Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Demonstrated fluency in Spanish
- Familiarity with legal terms in both Spanish and English (preferred)
- High School Diploma
