From charging cables and power banks to phone mounts, Statik designs each product with a keen eye for aesthetics and uncompromising quality.Join CurvGroup today and become part of a dynamic organization that believes in pushing boundaries and creating exceptional brands that resonate with customers worldwide!As the E-Commerce Operations Specialist, you will join our DTC operations team, focusing on optimising product inventory and stock management across our diverse brands.In this role, you will:🚀 Work closely with sales, marketing, product, procurement, and operations teams to gather information on promotions, new product launches, and other factors that influence demand.🖥️ Create comprehensive demand plans based on sales forecasts and customer demand. You will manage inventory levels across multiple locations, recommend purchases to ensure production continuity, and develop short- and long-range supply plans to meet business needs efficiently.🛒 Proactively seek opportunities to improve existing business practices. Identify shortcomings, suggest, and implement enhancements, and develop and deliver projects to elevate performance.📝 Develop and maintain production and inventory transfer plans for all SKUs and sales channels (DTC, Amazon, B2B). Optimise inventory levels to balance product availability with the cost of carrying excess stock.🛍️ Use data from various sources to analyse key themes, market trends, customer demand, and sales data. Conduct demand consensus reviews and adjust forecasts to improve accuracy.📱 Track actual sales against forecasted demand, generating regular reports to evaluate forecast accuracy and make necessary adjustments. Maintain metrics and scorecards on KPIs, including fill rates, inventory turns, excess and obsolete inventory, and production schedule adherence.📊 Identify and address potential risks that may impact supply chain efficiency and product availability.💌 Be willing to wear many hats as needed, assisting our talented warehouse team with tasks such as coordinating freight transportation, leading the team, or packing orders.
Working Hours ⏰: Full-time, primarily CET hours. Availability to join 1-2 meetings in EST time zone per week is required. If you attend a meeting after hours, you can start work later the next day.Requirements:To excel in this role, you need to have:✅ Strong written and verbal communication skills are crucial. You should be able to manage upwards and challenge sales leaders if forecasts seem overly optimistic or pessimistic.✅ A willingness to constantly learn and refine processes to optimise the entire supply chain.✅ The ability to anticipate potential issues or challenges in the supply chain and respond effectively.✅ Flexibility to adjust to changing business circumstances and a knack for finding creative solutions to problems.✅ The readiness to occasionally work outside regular hours to coordinate with teams in China.✅ Familiarity with Demand Planning in Fulfill or Oracle ERP systems.✅ Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.✅ The ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency.As the Ideal Candidate, you should be:✅ Analytical and detail-oriented.✅ Confident and business-oriented.Brownie Points for:✅ A solid background in demand planning and supply chain management.Benefits:What’s in it for you?
