We are seeking an experienced professional to collaborate with our exceptional ENT and Audiology, Speech-Language Pathology, and Palliative Care providers. With a patient load of 50-70 per day, you will be vital in ensuring seamless operations in our mixed specialty practice.This position requires adaptability, as you will manage multiple provider schedules and appointment locations. Working as an integral part of our team, you will undertake various general and specialized clerical tasks. From welcoming patients to handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, managing referrals, conducting data entry, and optimizing patient flow, your skills will contribute to our team’s success.
