We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee our company’s projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, ensuring that project objectives are met.
  • Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines, and monitor progress to ensure project completion within the established parameters.
  • Ensure that all project stakeholders are kept informed of project status, progress, and key issues.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project outcomes.
  • Manage project documentation, including project charters, schedules, status reports, and change requests.
  • Monitor project expenses and ensure that projects are completed within the approved budget.
  • Manage project resource allocation, ensuring that resources are deployed effectively and efficiently.
  • Ensure that project deliverables are completed to the required quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Commercial, Education, Medical, Industrial, Construction, or Project Management.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional project teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Experience in cost estimation, budget management, and resource allocation.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Scrum, and proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or Trello.
  • Certification in project management, such as PMP or Prince2, is a plus.
