– Performing and coordinating engineering design
– Maintain project schedule and budgets
– Coordinating with and mentoring junior engineers
– Collaborating with designers
– Client management
– Consultant coordination
– Preparing feasibility reports and cost estimates
– Business development and growthWhat You Need for this Position– Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
– Registered PE- State of AZ or ability to obtain through reciprocity
– 6+ years of experience in Land Development – other industry experience welcome in addition to this background
– Excellent time management skills, organizational and communication abilities
– Ability to maintain a strong sense of focus and confidence under tight deadlines and varying workloads
